I left a career in law and began rebuilding my life through movement, practice and curiosity. This channel is an exploration of the physical, mental and spiritual practices that bring us back into direct experience in an increasingly distracted world. You’ll find locomotion, yoga, handstands, strength and mobility alongside breathwork, didgeridoo, philosophy, spirituality, creativity and the occasional experiment in learning something new. Some of these things I teach. Others I’m still learning. That’s part of the point. I believe a good life is one we actively participate in — moving our bodies, developing skills, creating things, exploring ideas, spending time in nature and remaining curious about ourselves and the world around us. This channel is my ongoing exploration of that idea. Move. Create. Explore. Less scrolling. More living.
Ask Hugo why a video took off, which ideas would work for your channel, and what to title it — backed by YouTube Explorer data on Aaron Griffiths and the channels around it.
