I’m Alex Vislosky, a real estate investor and founding partner of Red River Title Co. I started buying real estate with my business partner, Antonio George, while we were wrestling at the University of Oklahoma. Since then, we’ve built a growing rental portfolio of 74 doors and counting, closed over 320 real estate deals, and continue to scale through rentals, wholesaling, title, and better systems. This channel is where I document the process. I share what I’m learning in real time: how we find deals, underwrite properties, operate rentals, manage rehabs, build systems, and grow a real estate business from the ground up. My goal is to give practical, real-world insight for anyone who wants to understand real estate investing, build a portfolio, or see what actually goes into operating this business. Thank you for being here.
