We’re Ant and Emma, and we swapped the rat race for a 200-year-old off-grid farmhouse in the Welsh hills. Our home runs on spring water, firewood from our land, solar power and (soon) hydro power from our stream. We’re restoring old buildings, running machinery we probably shouldn’t own, and slowly turning this place into a self-sufficient smallholding. On this channel we share the real journey of off-grid living in the UK, restoring a historic farmhouse and building a life closer to the land. Expect videos about: • Off-grid living • Self-sufficiency & smallholding life • Renewable energy (solar & micro hydro) • Restoring a 200-year-old farmhouse • Land management, diggers & our Unimog Some weeks everything goes to plan… most weeks it doesn’t.
