What I do is not mindset coaching. Not more therapy. This is for the parts of you that therapy and other work never reached — the 5-year-old who got ignored, shamed, abandoned, or emotionally starved. That child runs your relationships, your business, your reactions, and your emptiness. Until you meet them… nothing changes. 👇🏼 I developed a unique holistic system for deep rooted transformation, learn more about it and apply below https://awakeningwithbrian.com/get-started What influences my approach? - Polyvagal Theory - Somatic nervous system work through Dr. Peter Levine - Compassionate Inquiry (Dr. Gabor Mate's system) - Shadow work - Shamanic breathwork - Personal ego death experiences - Teachings by Gary Zukav - Too much plant medicine in the jungle - Attachment Theory
