I'm Hazel Gale, a former therapist turned author and creator of the fantasy mental health game, _Betwixt: The Story of You_. I'm fascinated by anything that lies at the intersection of story and self-awareness, specifically the world of archetypes, symbols and metaphor. This passion grew during my years working as a therapist, but what frustrated me was that most mental health apps don't allow this most magical (and powerful) side of therapy into the experience. Betwixt is my answer to this problem — a text-based adventure game that takes you on an epic journey through your own mind — and this channel is where I share the theories, frameworks and ideas that continue to inspire our work. ✨ Download Betwixt: The Story of You Available on iOS and Android: https://app-download.betwixt.life/ 🌿 Find us elsewhere Website: https://www.betwixt.life/ Substack: https://stack.betwixt.life/ TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@betwixt.app Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/betwixt.app/
