Welcome to the studio of Brendan K. Davis. This channel is the digital home of Malkuth Film, my independent production company based in France and the US. Here, I share the "Unwinding" film universe, original music, and the honest reality of independent filmmaking. With over 30 years in the industry (including work at Sundance and Berlin), my goal is to explore the intersection of cinema and sound. I make character-driven films about connection, memory, and the human condition - and I take you behind the scenes of how they are made. What you'll find here: 🎬 Narrative Films: Award-winning shorts like The Unwinding and upcoming Malkuth Film projects. 🎥 The Process: "Script to Screen" breakdowns and director's commentaries that reveal the craft behind the emotion. 🎹 The Sound: Original cinematic scores and compositions from my films. Whether you're here for the story, the music, or the filmmaking insight: welcome to the journey. Get in touch: https://www.malkuthfilm.com/contact
