About

At Betrayal Trauma Recovery, I help women understand betrayal trauma in marriage. Women experience betrayal trauma when a husband lies, cheats, uses inappropriate media, or manipulates. Betrayal trauma happens when the man you trusted most becomes the source of fear, confusion, and chaos. Many women are blamed or labeled “angry,” “codependent,” or “controlling,” while trying to hold life together for their children. If you’re dealing with gaslighting, infidelity, addiction, emotional abuse, or constant self-doubt, you may be experiencing betrayal trauma, even if he’s “not that bad.” I’m an expert in betrayal trauma in marriage. I’m famously not a therapist. At BTR, we don’t analyze you or pathologize your reactions. We help women recognize patterns, gain clarity, and build emotional safety.
