Hi, I am Camelia , I love sewing and could sew all day every day :). I love fabric and interesting patterns, and I think sewing should be fun and relaxing. I think people should not think about zippers and buttonholes with fear in their mind but just thinking that are adventures and get going on it. "Fear" should not be in the same sentence with "sewing". My best advice, when you start a project: make a muslin ( or a toile, a test garment) That should be your canvas for all the unknown when you start working on a new project. You can see if your chosen size is right, you can get the idea of the construction of the garment and so you can even see if you like the silhouette after all. All these are things that can make sewing enjoyable!
