What's good y'all, my name is Ced. I grew up in Inglewood, California, went through two divorced homes and watched gang violence up close. When my mom left my dad and took us with her, I started acting out, fighting at school, grades in the gutter, until I got kicked out and had to go live with my dad in Bombay Beach, one of the most impoverished communities in America, the kind of place most people don't make it out of. But that place changed my life and I made it to the NFL. I started this channel documenting my journey from football to fatherhood, and what I kept landing on is this: good men are built, not born.
