Welcome to the show where everything goes wrong, historically. At Disastrous History we cover disasters of all kinds throughout history. From tornadoes and earthquakes to mining disasters and arson. Anthony provides the history of the area, a breakdown of how and why the disaster occurs, a timeline of the event, and the resulting aftermath. Sometimes delving into the specific failure mechanisms that occurred if the disaster (or disasters) did not come from nature. Anthony is a former fire investigator and fire fighter, holds a degree in fire, arson, and explosions, and is a weather/disaster enthusiast. His perspectives come from personal experience and lots and lots and LOTS of research.
