Most of what we "know" is just the surface. This channel is about the rest. Free weekly mini-comics: https://www.comicsonthehouse.com/ Shop my comics: https://www.heyycomics.com/ Hi, I’m Elijah. I create deep-dive video essays that explore the intersection of storytelling, technology, and human psychology. Whether we're analyzing the decline of the comic book industry, debunking the science of "broken" attention spans, or uncovering why certain anime magic systems feel more real than Hollywood blockbusters we’re here to find the meaning beneath the noise. If you enjoy thinking critically about the media you consume and the digital world you live in, you’ve found your pocket of the internet. What you’ll find here: Narrative Deconstructions: Deep dives into Anime, Manga, and Film. Industry Post-Mortems: Looking at the "why" behind the shift in comics, piracy, etc. Human Insights: Using science and philosophy to understand our focus, our habits, and our culture.
