Welcome to Face the Barre! Whether you're just starting your ballet journey or returning after years away, you’re in the right place. I’m Christina — former professional ballerina turned passionate teacher and coach. After years on stage with the Estonian National Ballet, I created Face the Barre to share the real magic of ballet: strong foundations, artistic expression and mindful movement that empowers your dancing. 🩰 On this channel, you'll find: • Beginner-friendly ballet tutorials • Technique tips and corrections • Artistic expression and performance advice • Strength, flexibility & injury-prevention exercises • Real talk about the ballet world (without the pressure) This is a space where you don’t need to be perfect — you just need the passion to show up and dance. 💛 Subscribe and let’s face the barre together!
