About

I deliver real training knowledge to the masses, so that you can build muscle and strength in the most efficient manner possible. My own love affair with the weight room has been ongoing for three decades. I started as an overweight teenager who just wanted to be noticed, and it lead to me getting in amazing shape, getting super strong and competing in Powerlifting, Bodybuilding and Strongman. I am in my second decade of Online Coaching, now being fortunate enough to do it full time. I have helped hundreds of men and women get into the best shape of their lives, get stronger and even compete just like I did. On this channel you will find out: 1) The most important variables to focus on for building muscle. 2) How to lose fat in the most efficient and effective ways, both in the short and long term. 3) How to incorporate the bodybuilding lifestyle into your life. I love lifting and what it gives me, and I want you to love it too.
