💃 START YOUR FREE BELLY DANCE COURSE Enjoy 37 step-by-step beginner lessons: ✨ https://feminicity.gumroad.com/l/free-belly-dance-foundations Welcome, beautiful dancer! I’m Joany. I started belly dancing at 34 with no childhood dance training. I had struggled with bulimia, depression, self-hate, and feeling disconnected from my body. Dance became an important part of my healing. It helped me lose more than 70 pounds, rebuild my confidence, and feel joyful in my body again. I have now been teaching dance for 20 years. At 56, I still have so much energy and passion for movement. I want women to know that it is never too late to begin! Here you’ll find beginner belly dance tutorials, step-by-step technique, dance fitness, body-confidence encouragement, and performances from my archives. You do not need experience or a perfect body. Just give yourself permission to begin where you are. Subscribe and come dance with me! 💃✨ Website: https://feminicity.net
