Welcome to Finca Life! We’re Sharon and Andy, and in 2019 we bought an abandoned, derelict finca in the Murcia region of southern Spain. What was once an empty stone bodega with no water, power, or services is slowly being transformed — with our own hands — into a beautiful off-grid, debt-free home. On this channel, we share the full journey: Traditional building restoration – repairing stone walls, carpentry, roofing, and preserving 150-year-old features. Off-grid living in Spain – creating our own water, power, and sewage systems. Self-sufficiency & food production – growing our own fruit, vegetables, and more. Before & after transformations – watch a crumbling finca turn into a thriving home. If you’re interested in farmhouse renovation, rural life, off-grid homesteading, or moving to Spain, you’ll feel right at home here. 🔔 Subscribe and join us as we document every step of turning a forgotten finca into a sustainable dream home.
