Hi! I'm Cherith. Thanks for stopping by! This channel is all about how to use freeze dried and shelf-stable ingredients to make delicious meals. Everything from classic comfort food to newer trendy flavors. I've got recipes for dozens of favorites. Soups, breads, sides, mains, sauces, and desserts. If you have freeze dried food on your shelf and want to cook with it, you're in the right place. For your convenience, I always include the full recipes with directions in the description box below the videos. If you wish to support my channel, you can purchase my cookbooks on Amazon (paperback/Kindle) or my website (digital) and shop The Freeze Dried Foodie Store on Amazon.
