I am Thomas, a guy who traded his life and career in Canada for an old home in the Swedish countryside – and now I am renovating it from top to bottom, always with my dog Vicky by my side. On this channel you will find honest videos about: • Renovating my Swedish house – from bare rooms and design choices to cozy details • Life in Sweden as a foreigner – the good, the hard, and the funny cultural differences • Everyday moments with my dog Vicky – hikes, walks, cuddles, and chaos on the building site I am not a professional builder, just someone learning as I go and sharing the real process – mistakes included. If you are curious about moving to Sweden, renovating an older house, or you just enjoy calm, cozy videos with a dog always somewhere in the frame, you are in the right place.
