Hadia's Lebanese Cuisine aims to introduce you to Lebanese, Middle Eastern, Mediterranean and some international recipes that are accessible to home cooks that will cheer you and keep your loved ones amused. I was raised in a family where food was the source of togetherness. I grew up between my late grandmother who was an amazing cook and my mother who makes the best sweets on earth. With those two amazing women running through my blood, it makes sense to say that I inherited their love of cooking. I believe that food can be soothing to the heart body and soul. I value the ritual of gathering with my family, friends and loved ones at the dinner table.
