I'm Chip Knowles, and I fix washers and dryers for a living down in Oakdale, Louisiana. I took over this shop back in 2019 from my late friend and mentor, Mr. Donald Harper Sr., and I have spent years taking these machines apart and seeing what holds up and what falls apart. Now, that is what this channel is really about. Before you spend your hard-earned money on a washer, a dryer, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, or about any appliance in your house, I will tell you which ones I would actually buy and which ones I would run from. No sales pitch. No manufacturer talking points. Just the honest word from the man who has to fix them when they break. I put out a new video every Sunday at 9 AM Central. Some weeks I walk you through a repair, straight to the fix with no filler. Other weeks I break down what is worth buying and what will cost you down the road. So if you want a straight answer before you buy, stick around. I am Chip with Harper and Knowles, and I am glad you are here.
