Welcome all to my dad bod transformation channel! Here I attempt many diet & workout challenges and then share my results with you!! :) I'm Jordan, a proud father of two children, but fell into unhealthy habits and at one point was over 270 pounds. This has resulted in a pretty epic dad bod that needed a transformation. Now it's time to get SERIOUS, the original goal was to get a visible six pack by the age of 30 and although I didn't hit my goal, I've made PROGRESS. I'm excited to share more with you in this channel! Please feel free to join in, provide feedback, and let's work together to create a healthy and abundant life!
