Guiding DIY van builders through the journey! Nobody is fully capable of converting their first campervan before they start. Becoming the person who is capable of this difficult task is what the journey is all about. I'm here to help you on that adventure! Hi! I'm Jake, the face behind Journey Van Builds. My dream for this channel is to become an extensive resource for DIY van builders who are looking for reliable guidance from someone they feel they can trust. I worked in commercial construction for almost a decade before starting my first DIY van conversion. Since then I have worked building high end caravans and converting campervans for customers. I've also lived in vans myself for over 3 years now. So you could say that I live for this stuff! If you've found me, know that I genuinely want the best for you on this journey. I'm excited that you're here and I'm doing my very best to help make this experience a great one for you. Happy Building! Jake
