We discuss true crime with an emphasis on the First, Fifth and 14th Amendments to the US Constitution. We founded the Idaho v Kohberger podcast to discuss the public record in the highly-sealed "Idaho4" Idaho v. Kohberger case that proceeded for over 2.5 years through July 23, 2025 following Mr. Kohberger's change-of-plea. Each episode features a court filing beginning with Doc. No. 1 the Dec. 29, 2022 PCA on forward in 5 minutes or less. We also began reporting on other cases in early 2025. Kathy's IndieZoNe on YT was established to address the "Idaho4" case in further detail, always focused on the facts of the case pinpointed to the record in the search for the truth in honor of Madison Megan, Kaylee Gonclaves, Xana Kernodle and Ethan Chapin. In July 2026 Mr. Kohberger filed a Petition for Post Conviction Relief in a quest to set aside his conviction and get a jury trial. Join us as we do a deep dive in to Kohberger v.
