I am the CEO and head instructor for Line Dance Fever & Fitness (LDFF), located in Raleigh-Durham, NC. My channel name, which is my line dance name, is pronounced High Energy. The footage on this channel is primarily made up of me and others teaching line dances, along with footage from events I have either hosted or attended. You will also see plenty of footage showing my line dance students demonstrating and showcasing dances as well. The line dances you see come from all over the country. You can join us for virtual classes and other events by joining us at http://www.meetup.com/LDFF-NC. You will find the details for classes and events there, and you may also choose to contact leadership there to reach us. It is free to sign up for the group and virtual classes are currently $4 each.
