Welcome to Lucky Acres! My name is Derek, but online I go by Lucky Thrives. My wife and I just purchased 13 acres of mountain property deep in the heart of New Mexico and we're reviving a 150 year old homestead! We own a zoo, and build epic houses too. We recently built a log cabin, but that’s nothing compared to our previous build… A two story off-grid cabin with an aquarium in the main bathroom. My wife and I work full time jobs, tend to the animals, and are currently flipping 5 properties while simultaneously starting our first business. If you’d like to know how we make it all happen, hit that subscribe button! 🍀
