Welcome to Merulla Art — an Illustrated Fantasy History & Worldbuilding project. Here I explore the unKnown World of Ída, an original fictional world built through history, lore, cultures, civilizations, warfare, maps, character design and concept art. Rather than simply creating fantasy artwork, I approach Ída as if it were a real ancient world — developing its history, peoples, migrations, conflicts, religions, technologies, armies and legends, and documenting how this fictional history takes shape. My videos combine fantasy history, worldbuilding, documentary storytelling, concept art, character design and visual development, drawing inspiration from ancient and prehistoric cultures, archaeology, mythology and military history. From ancient civilizations and forgotten wars to warriors, maps and entire historical eras, each videos explores another part of the history of Ída.
