Welcome to Midgard Axe, where the spirit of the Viking meets the art of axe throwing. I create axe throwing tutorials, axe reviews, and step-by-step guides on how to haft, sharpen, and maintain axes. Whether you’re new to throwing or a seasoned thrower, you’ll find tips, tricks, and in-depth discussions on all things axes — from throwing techniques and axe comparisons to axe history and modern Viking craftsmanship. Join me as I share my passion for steel, skill, and the axe throwing lifestyle. Grab your axe — it's heaving time! 🪓⚔️ I initially learned how to throw axes with work axes and with time transitioned into more dedicated throwing axes. Each week can be a different axe bringing a change of pace and some variety. I modify and design great axes and make them into multi purpose tools as well! Those designs can bring a great dedicated throwing axe or a traditional axe that can be used for axe throwing! Join me on the quest to find the best throwing axes!
