57 years old. Two knee replacements. Zero dance experience. Now teaching thousands to shuffle dance worldwide. If you think you're too old, too unfit, or too broken to shuffle dance – I'm living proof you're wrong. Two years ago, I couldn't even find the beat. Every week, I share: - Beginner-friendly shuffle tutorials (with SLOW breakdowns!) - Moves modified for real bodies - Confidence-building practice videos - Proof that midlife is just the warm-up WHO THIS IS FOR: → Complete beginners (especially over 40!) → Self-taught dancers wanting better technique → Anyone told they're "too old" to dance → Shufflers seeking supportive community Join our movement of midlife shufflers proving age is just a beat drop.
