Electric vehicles are essential for a lower carbon, cleaner air future. Change is difficult and not everybody is ready to make the leap. Join me as I document my real world electric vehicle experiences - ownership of the first UK spec Citroen Ami Electric, 2013 Renault Kangoo ZE, 2021 BMW i3 and the slow resurrection of a dead 2008 Aixam Mega City Electric! Navigation of the UK's public charging infrastructure, tips and tricks for new drivers to make life easier and all things EV news/reviews from an impartial, real world viewpoint. I am a (increasingly reformed!) petrolhead through and through - so if you stick around you'll also see me revert to my roots occasionally. My 1982 Fiat Panda 30 is desperate to hit UK roads. Moderation is key - shifting the daily grind to electric greatly reduces the impact of preserving and celebrating the average cars of the past! Head over to my sister channel, Hopeless Heroes, if you want to see more of that kind of thing!
