Hi, I’m Sonja… and this is Nan with a Backpack At 53, I sold my salon, packed my life into a backpack, and walked away from everything familiar to start again. No plan. No safety net. Just a one-way ticket and a lot of nerve. Now in my mid-50s ish!! I live in Siem Reap, Cambodia, while still travelling and exploring across Asia and beyond. This channel is real life on the road and at home. Missed buses, border crossings, café days, and those moments of “what am I doing?” mixed with a lot of laughter and magic. You’ll find: • Solo travel in your 50s and beyond • Life in Siem Reap and Cambodia • Budget travel tips and real costs • Honest stories about starting over • The people, places, and unexpected magic If you’ve ever thought, “Could I actually do that?” this is your channel. Come along with me. Nan with a Backpack – Creating magic memories, one step at a time. 🌍🎒
