600,000+ followers Nicole@thoughtfullyunserious.com I’m a travel creator and journalist based in Orlando, using my journalism background to help Black travelers and people of color navigate the world with confidence. My content lives at the intersection of smart, funny, and real, whether I’m sharing a travel story, dropping Spanish tips or unpacking the messiness of culture & identity. Before all this, I was working for news outlets like ABC News and The New York Times (I even helped launch the 1619 Project).
