At 83 years, I’m setting off around Australia on the ultimate road trip — The Big Lap. This channel follows my 12,500 km camper-trailer journey on the blacktop, travelling solo with my loyal spoodle Biscuit, proving you’re never too old for one last great adventure. 🚐 Marlin Cruiser camper trailer 🚗 Toyota Corolla Cross tow vehicle 🛵 Fat tyre e-trike for exploring 🎥 Mini Pro 4 drone for stunning aerial views 🐾 Travelling Australia with a dog I’ll share: • Real road conditions & fuel use • Senior travel tips • Caravan & camper trailer life • Dog-friendly stops • Budget travel in your 80s • The Perth to Katherine crossing This is not luxury travel — it’s real, achievable adventure for ordinary Australians, especially over 60s, 70s and 80s who still have dreams. If you’ve ever said “one day”, this channel will show you that day can still come. Subscribe and join Biscuit and me around Australia. Because getting older doesn’t mean stopping — it means finally having the time to go.
