Just an average guy who loves anime, except I can't stop digging into how it all actually happened! This channel started because the real story behind anime is wilder than anything on screen. How did a few underpaid artists in 1960s Tokyo build a global empire? Who made the deals, broke the rules, and changed everything? Every video goes behind the scenes: the history, the business, the stuff most people never hear about. The people, the politics, and the decisions that shaped the anime we grew up on, all researched so we can both learn something new and see these stories from an angle most people rarely talk about. I post two to three new videos every week for anyone who loves anime and wants more than surface-level takes. Whether you are revisiting the classics or discovering them for the first time, this channel is meant to feel like a late-night conversation with a friend who just happens to be anime-obsessed. Subscribe and let's dig into it together!
