My name is Rod Tait and I have been building and repairing small wooden boats since 1999. I have built over 100 boats including cedar strip canoes and kayak, skin on frame boats and traditional small crafts. I enjoy videoing the builds to teach or help others who are undertaking similar projects. Some of my boats are on display including the Vancouver International Airport, pubs, private residences and more, but mostly they are made for use by individuals who love the beauty of wood. You can see some of my work on my social media channels and on my web site gallery. http://www.orcaboats.ca
