About

What if the problem with modern life isn't that we aren't doing enough, but that we've forgotten what we're actually supposed to be doing? I started Raising Wildflowers from a desire to live more intentionally and create a different kind of life for my family. The name comes from the belief that human beings, much like wildflowers, thrive under very different conditions than the ones many of us have been placed in. Wildflowers are resilient. They adapt. They grow beyond carefully controlled spaces instead of being forced into perfect rows. Many people today feel exhausted, overstimulated, financially stressed, and disconnected from the life they actually want. Through psychology, financial literacy, slow travel, systems thinking, and intentional living, I explore practical ways to move beyond survival mode and build a more grounded, balanced life. Maybe you are a wildflower too. — Kate
