I'm Kat Melheim aka: Roaster Kat - roaster, barista, writer, artist, and founder/editor of Coffee People Zine (an art-based publication for the coffee community at coffeepeople.org). I aim to educate, equip, and embolden roasters with knowledge and tools so they can provide a strong link at their point in the supply chain. My videos are primarily intended for coffee roasters or people interested in coffee roasting, though I hope they're useful for other coffee pros and fans as well. Some of my videos are very technical (roast-alongs), others are very broad (coffee crawls), and some are in the middle (roastery tours). I'm developing this channel to be a resource for coffee roasters and coffee professionals to learn, explore, and build practical skills to be better roasters. Thanks for watching, thanks for subscribing. Please get in touch if you have questions, comments, or ideas for future videos. And happy roasting! . . . IG: @roasterkat @coffeepeoplezine
