Welcome to the channel where history, wilderness, and discovery collide. I’m Rob, a Tasmanian explorer and storyteller documenting gold prospecting, long-range hikes, gemstone hunts, and deep dives into forgotten history. I’m a 6th-generation Tasmanian, raised on rivers, old stories, and a deep respect for the pioneers who carved their way through this wild country. Their camps, workings, their triumphs and tragedies are woven into our landscape, and I try to bring those stories back to life one journey at a time. If you love adventure, research, lost stories, and the thrill of uncovering something unseen for decades — you’re in the right place.
