About

Join Captain Steve, First Mate Meg, and pugs Mr. Pickles & Colonel Mustard on a 5-year circumnavigation aboard Lagoon 450S Some Tuesday. We left Los Angeles Dec 3, 2025. In April 2026 we completed a 28-day double-handed Pacific crossing — 11 days of 12-ft seas and 25+ knot winds. The pugs became the first ever to cross the Pacific on a private sailing yacht, then the equator as shellbacks. Now in Haʻapai, Tonga after the Cook Islands, Beveridge Reef, and Niue. Next: Fiji in late October for cyclone season and Christmas with our sons. Then west — South Pacific, Indian Ocean, Red Sea, Med, Atlantic, Caribbean. 105 ports, 70 countries, home 2030. Meghan closed a 25-year fashion house to sail full-time. Steve is a Chesapeake sailor and Newport–Ensenada race winner who left Wall Street for blue water. Daily-ish videos, real boat life, two very needy pugs. Subscribe and sail with us. #SailingAroundTheWorld #Lagoon450S #SailingWithDogs #Liveaboard #Tonga #Fiji #PacificCrossing
