Welcome to my channel. My name is Darlene and I love to cook healthy, however I really love packing in the flavor with my Simple Supper ideas. Most of my videos will be focused around my recent 100 pound weight loss. My meals are mostly Low Carb and Good healthy fats. My husband Lou and I eat low carb or Ketovore every single day. We are laser focused on regular bloodwork and being metabolically healthy. Not easy in your 60s sometimes. We are recently retired. We moved from Northern Virginia to Central Virginia, where we enjoy the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains and our beautiful Farmhouse In The Forest. We have two grown sons who have beautiful families of their own. We adore our 5 grandchildren and see them as much as possible. 🥰 We are a faith filled family. We put all our eggs in one basket when it comes to trusting in Jesus and His work on the cross. If we can ever pray for you pls contact me at Souperat60@gmail.com. Welcome to my channel and stay awhile. Lord Bless, Darlene
