My name is Aldaine Oakley aka Chef Alley. Originally from Jamaica. I migrated to Houston, Texas in 2016 with my wife. That year my wife and I celebrate 4th of July holiday with some friends. I was jerking some chicken and everyone love it. One lady gave me $60 as a gift of apperception. That was the birth of Spice Jamaica. Growing up in Jamaica I always enjoyed watching my mother cook and helping her in the kitchen, I started cooking at a tender age of 7. I wanted to take share my love for cooking to the world. In early 2020 a vision came to me to create my own line of seasonings and also a YouTube cooking channel. Then came covid-19 and production paused. we continued planning and creating, Then finally in July 2020 we had our final products and production started in September 2020. Spice Jamaica Reggae Blend All purpose seasoning Spice Jamaica Jerk Seasoning On my Channel you'll watch video's about delicious Caribbean food and dishes from all over the world. Subscribe now !
