Splorin explores the weird, wonderful, and wildly underrated places across America—with a particular weakness for the South. It's offbeat travel documentaries and travel vlogs about Florida, Southern towns, forgotten history, historic cemeteries, classic tiki bars, roadside attractions, local legends, strange festivals, and the weird places in America that most travel guides conveniently ignore. Some videos are deep dives into American history. Others are walk-throughs of small towns, abandoned attractions, unusual landmarks, and places that clearly had a plan at one point. There may also be questionable research choices, unnecessary detours, and evidence that I should probably stop asking, “What’s the worst that could happen?” From Florida and the American South to other overlooked corners of the country, Splorin is travel for people who would rather investigate something strange than visit somewhere ordinary. Offbeat travel, Southern stories, weird history, and poor decisions.
