I'm Feras Alhlou. I help professionals turn their expertise into profitable consulting and service businesses and win their first clients. More than 20 years ago, I was laid off from a Silicon Valley startup after it burned through $96 million in funding. Like many professionals, I believed my technical expertise would let me bounce back and build a successful business. I was wrong. Building a business requires an entirely different set of skills. Since then, through many hard but essential lessons, I've co-founded 7 businesses, generated $70M+ in revenue, built and sold an 8-figure consulting firm, authored Google Analytics Breakthrough (Wiley), keynoted at conferences, advised founders across industries, and helped organizations ranging from startups to global enterprises.
