Jeff Ronne Sr, The Boaphile, had his first baby Boas on February 17th, 1986. He pioneered nearly everything known about Boa Constrictor breeding. The facts about the how, when, and why of breeding Boas, including the Ovulation Cycle, Post Ovulation Shed (POS), the Heat Conservation Position (HCP), and more, were discovered by him, and he ALWAYS gives credit to those who he learned from. Jeff designed the first thermo-formed chemically sealed Reptile cages ever offered at www.boaphileplastics.com. Most advances in the Reptile cage industry came from Jeff. The incorrect information online and the loss of fundamental data have motivated Jeff to reveal all he has learned in nearly four decades. He will disseminate his opinions on all things related to Boa Constrictor husbandry and breeding. Plus, Jeff's experience in the Reptile industry gives him a unique knowledge of the history, innovations, and origination of the many Boa mutations that make up the crazed critters we see today.
