I'm Steven — The Geordie Wildcamper. I head into the hills, mountains and forgotten corners of Britain in search of wild camps with a story. From remote Northumberland and the Scottish Borders to the Lake District and Highlands, expect solo wild camping, mountain adventures, local history, strange places, challenging conditions and the occasional questionable idea. I also put tents and outdoor gear through proper real-world wild camps — wind, rain, snow and everything the British weather can throw at them. If you like wild camping that's about more than just pitching a tent, you're in the right place. New adventures regularly.
