Inspiration and information—one adventure at a time! Hi, we’re Lydia & Chris, The Roving Balys! We’ve been exploring the world together for 30 years—from backpacking in our 20s to family adventures with our kids, and now embracing midlife travel as empty nesters. Based in Newcastle, Australia, we share immersive 50+ travel experiences that go beyond the typical tourist trail—seeking culture, connection, and adventure at a comfortable pace. We love boutique stays, authentic experiences, and discovering hidden gems while indulging in local cuisines (including GF options!). With 60+ countries under our belt, we’re here to share travel tips, stunning destinations, and inspiration to help you explore the world—one adventure at a time! So grab a coffee, hit subscribe, and come roving with us! SUBSCRIBE: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCL4wmJ6CO-PngEc9mHupYPA?sub_confirmation=1
