Welcome! I'm here with the aim of supporting anyone dealing with difficult family dynamics, narcissistic parents, and estrangement. I discovered my family were abusive and likely narcissistic when I was in my 40s. It was the hardest thing I’ve ever dealt with and I still struggle with it. The emotional and mental scars run deep. But I believe the best way to deal with it is by talking truthfully about it.
