About

This channel is for smart women with ADHD who are tired of being told what’s wrong with them and ready to discover what’s right with them. I’m Tracy Otsuka. After interviewing hundreds of women with ADHD and working with thousands more, I’ve come to believe ADHD isn’t a productivity problem. It’s an identity problem. When you spend years believing you’re disorganized, inconsistent, lazy, too much, or not enough, you stop trusting yourself. Around here, we do things differently. We focus on strengths instead of deficits. You’ll find podcast episodes, expert interviews, real ADHD stories, and practical tools to help you understand your brain, trust yourself again, and become more of who you already are. The ADHD for Smart Ass Women podcast has been downloaded more than 9 million times in over 160 countries, and my book, ADHD for SMART ASS WOMEN, was named one of Amazon Editors’ Top 20 Best Nonfiction Books of 2024 So Far. I’m so glad you’re here.
