This channel is dedicated to all things transportation, with a particular focus on public transit in the developing world. My name is Ryan Sclar. I am a self-proclaimed transit nerd with a background in transportation planning and engineering. I currently work as a transportation consultant on EVs, where I help cities and companies electrify their vehicle fleets. I love transport everywhere, but I am particularly captivated by it in the Global South. I have been fortunate to work on transit projects around the world, especially in Latin America, Sub-Saharan Africa, and South Asia. I created this channel to share my experiences from that work and expand my knowledge on this fascinating and loved topic of international transportation. Please feel free to email me if you would like to connect or collaborate. You can also find me on Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/TransitWorld
