Welcome to the Channel This began as a way to document my second Appalachian Trail thru hike but somewhere along the way I fell in love with filming the experience. By the time I reached the end, I knew I wasn’t ready to stop so I turned around and headed back to Georgia, making daily videos along the way. Now this space has grown into something deeper. A personal journey of sober, healthier living through the outdoors. I use long distance backpacking and nature as tools to stay grounded, active and connected to what really matters. My goal is to bring you along for the ride in the most honest and immersive way I can. If you’re into hiking, simplicity, and building a better life one step at a time, this channel might be for you. 🙏 If you’d like to support the journey: https://venmo.com/u/Paul-Strickland-4 Interested in Foundation Outdoors backpacking meals?
