I am a coffee roaster and all-around coffee enthusiast sharing my experience roasting specialty coffee. Starting out with a popcorn popper, I moved up to a Behmor 1600 to roast my coffee. I currently have over a dozen different coffee roasting machines I highlight on my channel. I demonstrate complete roasts, how to create profiles, teach basic roasting concepts, and product reviews. I explore where to buy green coffee beans, discuss bean analysis and how they may impact the roasting approach. Helping others learn how to roast is my goal, and why the learning process doesn't stop at the video; it continues in the comments section of each video I upload. This is where much of the learning takes place. You are encouraged to share your experiences or ask questions in the comments.
