Colt Johnson started We Fix Stupid Computers in 2004 as the consumer side of his corporate tech support company, Lynlinks Technologies, Inc. As tech recycling is part of the services offered (as well as onsite business & walk-in IT support) he found his business collecting a lot of the same legacy equipment that he had actually worked on over the past 40 years either in software development or hardware repair. So instead of recycling the nostalgic pieces, he went from showcasing the equipment to creating fun videos reminding us, and for some introducing us, to some of the computer equipment that formed the building blocks of the modern PC & mac era. We hope you enjoy watch you watch on our channel. That is why we say we're retro tech, Computer Repairs & 80s Nostalgia Computer Shop in Lynchburg | Forest | Virginia.
